Alabama does not recognize Tenancy by the Entirety, but does recognize "tenants in common with cross-contingent remainder." Real estate owned as ""tenants in common with cross-contingent remainder" is not subject to levy and execution by a creditor against only one spouse. Durant v. Hamrick, 409 So.2d 731 (Ala 1982)
