Tenancy by Entirety

State	Description
MD	NORTON Tenancy by the entirety is recognized in Maryland and under certain circumstances such interest is exempt. Consequently such interest may be exempt under the Bankruptcy Code pursuant to Code § 522(b)(2)(B).
